I draw based on my artstyle. Therefore, effects, gradient maps and overlays may be applied in the overall commission.

There may be slight changes to artstyle overtime.

The client must provide complete references, info and details of their commission. Hence, only updated designs and references must be sent to avoid confusion. I will try my best to interpret the references provided.

The client must elaborate and specify if a certain culture is involved in the commission.

Commission queue is tracked in trello, it indicates each commission status.

First come, first serve.

The client must fill out the order form with care, detailed elaboration of the commission is appreciated.

Paid commissions are prioritized.

2-3 WIP's will be sent to the client during the process. The client can ask for more updates only if there hasn't been a WIP/update in a while.

Payment must be settled after the sketch has been sent. While SKEB commissions must be paid upfront.

The client must maximize the chance for open revisions during the sketch approval.

Only 1 MAJOR revision is allowed during the rendering phase. Further major revisions may not anymore be considered, however, minor revisions may still be considered.

The services do not offer revision fees.

The art may take 4-6 weeks to finish depending on the difficulty, queue and current situations.

The final files will be sent via Gmail or VGen only. Files may reach up to 20 MB.

I am a busy art student, therefore, commission process may be slow. However, I will try my best to keep the client up-to-date.

The client has no right to demand a refund if the payment has been already settled.

Communication will be done depending on the platform and preference of the client.

The client must not ghost the inquiry, they must let me know if they will proceed with the commission or not.

Proper communication must be done to avoid conflicts.

Timezones will be considered.

The client is not obligated to give proper credits to me, as the artist. However, I do not allow them to falsely claim the work as theirs.

The client is not allowed to use the commission for NFT's and feed it to AI.

The client must truly abide by the chosen usage.

I still retain all the rights to my work.

I have the client's full permission to publicize the commission into my portfolio. However, they must inform me immediately if they do not want it publicized and I will take it into consideration.

I have the right to decline a client's commission if I am not the right fit for it.

I have the right to add a client to the blacklist who immensely failed to observe the said terms. To avoid this, we must settle the conflict in a professional manner.
